Provide your full name, current French level (if known), and learning goal (conversation, exams, travel, etc.). We'll guide you through the registration process and provide payment information. Once payment is confirmed, you'll receive your class schedule and access to learning materials.

Are payment plans available?

Yes! We offer flexible payment options:

**Option 1: Full Payment**
Pay the full tuition before the start of the course.

**Option 2: Two-Part Payment Plan**
• 50% before the start of the course
• 50% by Week 3 of the program

**Important:** All fees must be fully paid by the 3rd week of the course. Students who do not complete their payment by this time will be temporarily removed from the program. Access will be restored immediately once outstanding fees are cleared.

What is the class format?

All classes are conducted live online via Zoom or Google Meet. Classes are interactive and practical, delivered in small group settings (max 15 students) to encourage student participation. All class materials and assessments are provided digitally for each class. Class frequency is typically 3-4 times per week depending on the course.

How does the free placement test work?

Our free placement test helps determine your current French level (A1-C2). It consists of multiple-choice questions covering grammar, vocabulary, and reading comprehension. After completing the test, you'll receive your score, level assessment, and personalized course recommendation. Take the test at any time through our Free Test page!

What is your refund policy?

We offer a full refund if you withdraw within the first week of the course (before the second class). After the first week, refunds are calculated on a prorated basis for the remaining classes. Special circumstances are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please review the full refund policy in your enrollment agreement.

**Exam Preparation:**
• DELF/DALF: 4 or 8 weeks (4x/week)
• TCF/TEF: 4-8 weeks (4-6x/week, 2 hours per session)

**Specialized:**
• Business French: 2 months (3x/week)
• Conversation Classes: 6 weeks (3x/week)
• Missionaries: 6 weeks (3x/week)

Can I get a certificate after completing a course?

Yes! Students who successfully complete a course receive a certificate of completion from Le Français Avec Jennifer. For exam preparation courses, you'll also receive guidance on registering for official DELF, DALF, TCF, or TEF exams.

Our private French classes are designed for students who want personalized learning, flexible scheduling, and focused attention. You get 100% personalized lessons based on your level and goals, one-on-one sessions with a qualified teacher, and can focus on any area: General French, Conversational French, Exam Prep, Business French, or Travel French.

**Session length:** 90 minutes
**Frequency:** 2-3 sessions per week (agreed with student)
**Packages:** 10 sessions (5 weeks), 20 sessions (10 weeks), or 30 sessions (15 weeks)

Question 12

How do I join the French for Missionaries program?

This class is exclusively for individuals involved in ministry work. To join, send an email to lefrancaisavecjennifer@gmail.com with:

1. A copy of your appointment letter as a missionary or pastor from your church (with church letterhead)
2. A copy of any certificate of pastoral training
3. A letter of recommendation from your Head Pastor
4. Copy of your ID (National ID card or Passport)

Registration fee is GH₵ 350. Students progress through: Foundation → Beginner → Intermediate → Upper Intermediate → Advanced → Mastery levels.
